REGIONAL BRANCH MANAGER-London, Ontario

Our client is one of Ontario’s largest independent electrical distributors and services the needs of commercial, industrial, and residential markets.   They have an opening for  a motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities, to join their growing team.  They need a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of individual to lead the area. The position will be based out of their London branch. 

Your proven track record meeting and exceeding the needs of existing/new clients will enable you to maintain an optimum level of service, attract and build new business, and maximize growth opportunities through market development in the London and surrounding area. Your core competencies include impeccable interpersonal and communication capabilities as well as strong leadership abilities. Managing staff at four locations, ensuring a sales focus and maintaining control over the operations of each of the branches is the measurement for success they are seeking.

Remuneration includes a generous base salary, bonus structure, full benefits which includes health, dental, life, STD/LTd. Pension/RRSP matching after 2 years.

A  minimum of 5+ years prior electrical distribution management experience is required.

  • Minimum one year experience in wire and cable sales, primarily to contractors
  • Able to meet and exceed sales targets set by supervisor.
